Parenting is hard. Then it’s wonderful. Then it’s hard again! (All in a course of a day. Or an hour.) How do we parent well? How do we mine our past experiences, so they are sources of empowerment rather than roadblocks? How do we regulate our nervous systems, so we meet our Big Feeling children with calm? And how is any of this connected to a life lived before God?
